The Corpusty & Saxthorpe Village Hall, originally at the bottom on Heydon Road opposite Corpusty School, was purchased in 1961 and registered as a charity with the Charity Commission. A Deed of Trust dated 6 February 1961 was drawn up setting out how the charity should be run.

This Deed of Trust gradually became more and more irrelevant over the years and in 2024 a new constitution was prepared and approved by the Charity Commission as an amendment to the original Deed of Trust.
